J&S Notary was proudly founded by me and my daughter, Jessica—hence the name J&S. I bring over 17 years of experience as a Notary Signing Agent and Live Scan Technician, serving clients across Los Angeles County and now extending services into San Bernardino County. Jessica supports our business through marketing and communications, helping us stay connected and accessible to our community.
